• Week 1 / June 24-28 / Welcome Week: Get to know the camp staff, make new friends, learn new games, ice-breakers, and enjoy an ice cream party!
• Week 2 / July 1-5 / Rockin' in the USA: Celebrate everything you adore about the USA by going all out in your red, white, and blue attire! We will bring in bounce houses and a snow cone machine! (Closed 7/4 & 7/5)
• Week 3 / July 8-12 / Mad Science: This week the campers will get to participate in hands-on science experiments and see cool demonstrations from the camp staff. We’ll also take a trip to the Bangor Mall Cinemas.
• Week 4 / July 15-19 / Blast from the Past: This week we will be comparing old to new and how far things have come over the years. Campers will visit Leonard’s Mills for a field trip this week!
• Week 5 / July 22-26 / Christmas in July: Who doesn't Love Christmas?! We will be making handmade gifts for each other, dancing, and singing to all of our favorite Christmas songs. Our field trip this week will be to Pancoe Pool (K-2) and Jenkins Beach (3-5).
• Week 6 / July 29-August 2 / Under the Sea: This week we will be doing jellyfish crafts, playing sharks and minnows, and exploring all that is under the sea. Can't wait to see what creatures the campers would pick to be if they lived under the sea. Our field trip this week will be to Swan Lake State Park.
• Week 7 / August 5-9 / Around the World: Learn about different languages, foods, and see a day in the life of a child their age from different places around the world. Our field trip this week will be to Peaks Kenny State Park.
• Week 8 / August 12-16 / Hawks Spirit: Plenty of fun games will be offered including obstacle courses, team challenges, spirit awards, and much more! Campers will also enjoy a fun glow-in-the-dark party!

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at registration for each week you have selected. This deposit will come off the weekly fee.
• Example: Fee per week $165 - Deposit $25 = Remaining Balance Each week $140
• Payments are due on the Friday before each registered week. If your payment is not received on the due date, your account will be charged an additional $10 late fee.

• All cancellations must be made 1 week prior to the start date of the week being cancelled and must be done online with the cancellation link (below) or by emailing OUELLETTEL@HERMONAMAINE.GOV. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
• Any refunds or credits will be minus the $25 Non-Refundable Deposit.
• Refunds will only be given to families that adhere to our cancellation policy and have an account without any past due balances. All refunds will be minus the non-refundable deposit.
